Hablar de cactus es un tema que genera muchas opiniones, en un tiempo tener cactus en casa se consideraba que por las espinas eran contenedoras de mala energía, que traía discusiones en las casas donde se tenían, esa es una creencia que el conocimiento hacia las plantas ha hecho limpiar esa creencia hacia este tipo de vegetación.

Ellos, de muchas clases, con diferentes formas y tipos de espinas tienen su belleza para quienes les alegra sus espacios. Hay personas que se dedican a plantarlos en pequeños envases decorativos de manera que sirvan de colección, así en pequeños tamaños, cuando florecen la diversidad de colores son maravillosos.

Si, sus espinas son delicadas y duelen mucho cuando nos descuidamos, nos pinchamos, igual son decorativos...otros se utilizan en medicinas.

Hay unos de tallos largos y delgados, otros de tallos gruesos, otros con formas redondas , la variedad es tanta que existen jardines dedicados solo a ellos para sentarse y disfrutar de esta maravillas que nos presenta la naturaleza.

En casa dispongo de dos, uno fue un regalo para mini jardines y luego se me ocurrió colocarlo en un envase mas grande ...lo olvidé y mi sorpresa fue ¡¡¡guau!!! que grande está...como creció. Otro estaba en un lugar del patio, lo cambié entre sombras y sol cambiando su color verde opaco por un verde vida como le digo porque además de crecer le han brotado más brazos a su alrededor.

No sabia que antes había esa creencia acerca de tener cactus en casa, menos mal ya no es así, tengo muchos amigos que tienen cactus, en mi casa también hay y a mi me encantan, siempre los cactus me hacen sentir en casa. Saludos
