Sleep is a form of rest.
As you sleep, your body relaxes and you feel less stressed.
That is why it is said that if you are upset, just go to bed.
But in return, there are fears and anxieties. When you are under stress, it is almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Fear of getting up at night is not the only reason.
There are other factors.
Sleep, but the brain is not completely rested. Even while sleeping, the brain does its job and remembers things.
This includes the forgotten; Stress that you do not want to think about. The brain also digs out fears.
Sometimes the problem is that the whole house is asleep and you are not sleeping alone.
Others are sleep deprived. The problem is, you're worried about what to do the next day.
When you look at the scary times, most of them happen at night.
Because I talk to other people during the day and I am busy with my work, I have no time to be afraid.
It is night, and there is no work. When I don't sleep well, I start thinking and fearing.
