I Visit My Old School - A Place Where There Are Many Good Memory ✍️

Greeting everyone! Welcome to another travel blog of me from Cambodia. I am so excited to show you guys about my old primary school. My school is called “Prek Somrong”. I leave this school for 6 years ago.

This surrounding is nature environment. When I was studying there, there are more trees 🌳 and many bigger trees existed around here where we can walk or run 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️. I used to play hide and seek with some of my primary friends surround here. During my childhood I used to love this game but also I used to be loose while playing because you never know the person who seeks can pop up from anywhere and they are almost like a devil looking for you and that what used to make me shout out loud as soon as I see them.

I was so surprised, the great status is still here. While there amount of ten status here providing by humanitarian and some from the associated of school principal and members. Before 7 am every morning, I always see one of the many stuff in school will pray at this status, it’s a belief and respect. After praying, students are all supposed to assemble in front of the National Flag at 7 am and sing the National Anthem. They are required, however, to stand and show respect to any national anthem.

After taking a walk for a few minutes, I remembered I used to have my favorite seller who is nice and made a super yummy drinks, when I was at grade 4, my favorite drink is Oreo milk shake with black bubbles and now it’s not a different, I still order an Oreo one which is also one of the best sellers. I have been talked to the sellers for a few minutes since I never got here after I move to high school. I was so excited and warm welcome by her, she didn’t even change even the way how she used to dress or talked.

The classroom is upgraded now. So modern than before. Prek Somrong that I'm used to study was such a classic there wasn’t exist with fan at all now it is in a new era! There are so many great memories in that place. Honestly, it was one of the best.

It’s been 6 years ago, a few buildings have been built. All the building is seems to be colorful and well designed. Besides that I think there are not anymore changes in my old school. The way people do business, transportation, trading, or even the outside school environment is not bringing much different, it brings me back all the good memories, hear and sounds.
