Hello everyone! It just feels good nowadays thanks to the nice and very warm sunshine and breeze. After semester exam, there are some good things coming up this month such as Khmer New Year, holiday, Sangkran and so on. Everything went well we hadn’t had face a lot of problems. I have morning class last morning. During to the season of mangoes 🥭 now, my friends have been discussing to bring the fruits and sharing to classmates. It’s one of my friends mango trees behind her house. She prepare it by herself, washing and cutting the mangoes even made and bring the salt with chili. Of course, she is so nice and kind.

There is about 2 Kg of mangoes. We even share it to another class which is closely to us.

It’s a break time at school. We have 30 min to complete.

At the time while eating, my teacher have told us a joke that he has keep for a long time ago. He imagine and draw the funny pictures of the joke he has talked about😆.

Actually, I don’t really get what the picture means and refer to who. Because, I went outside my class to put the trash into the trash bin and then go to buy some water so that when I just came everyone is already laughing.

- What can be made from mangoes 🥭 in your country?

In Cambodia, green mango salad eating with fish is something that all Cambodian also visitors have to try during mango season. Also, mango is widely used in various Cambodian desserts. It’s a sticky rice with coconut milk, mangoes ice cream and dry mangoes. In March, we always see that many people especially in the province mostly dry the mangoes in front of their house in order to keep the mangoes in a long time.
