Hey if you read the post further you'll see I found her in a card pack I purchased. Season cards like these allow you to play a special season mission to get unique cards. These cards are only issued via the mission. You can try nad purchase them from the market as well, but they are usually very pricey. This season missions also run for a limited time, Halloween in this case runs till 13 Nov, so you only have these few weeks to try and find these limited edition cards. Also drop rate is 1 in 10. So they pretty hard to get.
