Manifestation: Visualizing, Journaling & Scripting, the Ins and Outs

(Edited)

In my last blog post about Manifestation, I spoke about Clear Intent Practices and how to put them into your own manifestation practices.
I absolutely LOVE the feedback I've received so far. I'm happy to see that some people are actually joining in, or at least considering it. Things are always done better in larger numbers, and that way we can all support each other!

And now it's time to dive deeper into the world of Visualizing, Journaling & Scripting.
What is it exactly? And how is it done?
Let's go!

My Little Secret

I will now let you in on a little secret. Just before I started writing this series about Manifestation, I had an idea. I wanted to write about my experiences doing these practices, and thought it'd be nice to share ideas with others. But I didn't have a clue where to start yet. So I decided to just get going and start wherever I thought was OK. It doesn't really matter where I start. Or where you start.
There is no exact handbook on how to do these things, nor is there any need to do it in a certain way if you feel more comfortable doing it a different way.

That's the beauty of manifesting! You can follow someone else's advice and techniques but there's a lot of room for your own interpretation!

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

So I just wrote my first post. And guess what? The words came without issues.
I didn't have to go back and forth to remove a sentence here, stick it there, or omit some here, add stuff there... None of that happened! It just flowed!
This is because at some stage, when I was thinking about how to get started, I set the clear intention of how I wanted to see this go but without trying to force it.
My intention was to just let it flow and not worry too much about the outcome.
And that's exactly what has been happening. It's just flowing onto the screen for me and while I am writing one thing, other ideas come floating up to the surface.

It's amazing what can happen when you hand it all over to the universe to guide your way.

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

The issue I often have when I'm trying to get into the mindset of writing, is that I have SO many ideas, that I end up not knowing where to start. What happens then is that I really have to search what to write about without any direction.
In the past this resulted in me not writing anything at all.
For weeks or even months...
What's funny now though, is that right now, I already have new ideas for at least 10 more blog posts about the subject of manifestation flying around in my head, waiting to come out.

Amazing!

Journaling & Scripting and the Difference between the Two

So in my last post, Manifestation: Clear Intent Practices, I've mentioned all the notebooks I use for the sole purpose of manifesting.
One of those is used to write down everything I do, how I do it, and what techniques are being used. Like you would in a normal day-to-day journal.
That is the Journaling Notebook.
And it's literally all I do. I write in there the date, and then what I've been doing or going to do, and then I leave it.
I don't ever go back to reading it until much, much later.
The reason for this is that you may put pressure on yourself to make things happen, and you don't want that. I set my Clear Intentions in my journaling notebook.
Exactly what I want to happen, how I want it to happen, and what I am doing to get there.
Trust me, if you do this, and pick up this book again a year from now to read through it, you will be amazed at how accurately things unfolded for you!

The Scripting Notebook is one where you write things you like to attract into your life. The most important part here is Visualization. So let's have a look at how to do this.

Visualizing Your Dream Life

You have your Scripting Notebook in front of you, and now what?
It's easy to people who have incorporated this practice into their daily routines so now I want to make it easy for you too!

Start out with what you intent to achieve.
If it's a new car, most people would think that just envisioning this car in your driveway is what is meant by visualization.
But that's not exactly true.
What you do now, is try to see yourself driving this car from the point of view that you're actually driving it. First person. You're driving it. Period.
Then for a moment, it doesn't have to be long, conjure up the feeling you would have when you're driving your envisioned car. What do you feel?
Does it bring joy? Is your heart beating faster? Are you smiling at the world because you love this car so much?
It's all very personal, of course, but this is what is needed to manifest exactly what you want. This practice only has to take a few seconds, or if you like you can take more time.

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

When you're ready, you can start writing these things down in your Scripting Notebook, or what I call my 'Future Now' Book.
Write things like: "The car dealer handed me the keys to my new car (write the specific brand or name of it). I felt so incredibly happy. I drove it off the car lot, and was smiling from ear to ear. I saw...while I was driving." Etc.
You fill in these blanks the way you want to.
It's all up to you and your imagination. Feel the summer breeze on your face and hair when you're driving the car. Feel what you'd feel when you finally reach your goals. If your goal is to get fit, you could feel the happiness you feel when after running a marathon, you cross the finish line, or something else you like to see. If your goal is getting healthier in your body, then you could feel how you'd feel if you were able to do all those things again that you were able to do before you had any health issues.
I think you get the drift.

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

You don't just script for one day, you can keep going on other days too.
How does it evolve after you drove the car home? Did you pick up a friend the next day to take for a drive to the beach? You can spin it into whatever you want.

Now, there's one more thing I should mention here. In my own personal practice, I date the scripting pages to somewhere in the future.
You don't have to do this. Everything goes. But for me, if I want to achieve a certain goal in a certain time, it's important to put down a date.

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

I will give you an example:

When I was manifesting my trip to Thailand for Steemfest, I wrote:
5th of November 2019:
"After an easy trip, we've arrived at the hotel. In the lobby, we already met a few other Steemfest attendees. Some are familiar faces. And with that, my Steemfest has officially started! How amazing that we made it here, and seeing all these amazing people. The kids are already in the pool."

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

When I read this again, weeks after our return home, this is exactly how everything happened! Our trip was long but relatively easy. The kids were entertained, and we all even got some good sleep throughout the flight.
I could have never guessed the layout of the hotel but when we got there, the lobby was right next to the pool with a restaurant.
After we checked in, we walked to the pool to check it out, and on our way there, we bumped into a group of people who were all going to Steemfest.
We brought our stuff to the room, came back, and the kids jumped in the pool, while I had a chat with everyone there.

How about that?!

One more thing...

I'd like to add just one more thing that might help you on your journey.
Once I've started to incorporate all of these practices (and there are many more hehe. You didn't think I'd let you off that easily, did you?) into your daily, or weekly routines, you will see that things are going to shift rather quickly.
I'm not saying that you'll have that Lambo in your driveway tomorrow.
However, you will see little shifts and changes that show you you are on the right path. Like unexpected money that's coming from a source you'd forgotten about. Or one morning you wake up and jump out of bed without as much pain as before. These things can be little or huge for some. Keep a mindful eye on these changes and feel the joy of those little things.

┍━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━━━━♥♠♣♦━━━━━┑

It helps to stay motivated, even if it's only for that day.
Once you consciously notice these things, more and more will show up in your life.
Keep an open mind and don't set any expectations for yourself. Let the universe handle it for you. Sometimes you'll even forget what you wished for, and then before you know it, you realize that you manifested it into your life...

In the next post about Manifestation, I'd like to give you more examples on what has happened in my life, and how I have done things. One of those examples is very recent. So recent actually, it was yesterday!

See you next time!

This is a very rich topic. I have a journal that I will have to start using again. It has been a little while.. I love your suggestions for manifesting, especially the scripting journal idea. Thanks for the great post.

Looking forward to reading about the recent happenings - yesterday.😃 I think that with visualization - the feeling conjured up is so important. The feeling creates and accelerates visualisation. I was so happy you mentioned that.

Thank you! Yes, the feelings and emotions are one of the most important parts.
If you can imagine it, and feel it, you can make it happen.
I'm writing the new part now. Will probably be posting it tomorrow.

Using a journal is a great idea. I used to but got away from it. Thanks for sharing.

You're welcome. Yes, I believe a journal is great, even if it's just to use as a reminder of what has been and what has been done. :)
