Jaws drop as Bitcoin hits $62k

But not mine though. If I were a noob skeptical Salvadorian and I was told about the deflationary volatile asset Bitcoin, and just few days after being introduced to it, the price dumped and few weeks later, it went higher, my belief in it will be more solidified than if all it did was go up from the moment I was told.

If any Salvadorian had been harbouring doubts about Bitcoin in the past, the price action within these past few months from the day it became legalized in the country till date, should be enough to clear every doubt and seal every conviction.

On the 7th of September when the Bitcoin bill was put into action, people who downloaded the Chivo wallet received 30$ worth of Bitcoin in the wallets, though some hiccups made others receive theirs at a later time, anyway, everyone who did must be seeing some increase in the balances in their wallets today if they didn’t sell.

Transparency over Trust

This is a typical display of Bitcoin literally proving itself, it doesn’t get any better than this. Is it a volatile asset? Yes! Does the value have potential upside due to its deflationary quality? Yes!

You don’t need to trust the words of the President or of any other person, the Blockchain is transparent and so are the price actions, Salvadorians were the test subjects to prove the qualities of Bitcoin in the manner it did and I truly hope the world is not just watching but also participating.

Just the other day people were mocking Micheal Saylor for borrowing $500m to invest in Bitcoin at $37k, this is how a visionary works. During the Bitcoin talk organized by Elon Musk, Jack Dorsey and the CEO of Ark Invest, Bitcoin was barely 40k at the time, those who listened and took the initiative to make the move would be smiling now.

Remember when Tesla also invested some millions in Bitcoin? And Square? They’ve all doubled their investments now. How nice to see! All those who’ve been bad mouthing Bitcoin have gone into the shadows now, we’ll see them again when Bitcoin dips.

All this only goes to show that the future and Fiat don’t mix. Humanity has been suffering from inflation at the helms of those that control FIAT for so long, imagine working for years and saving up money only to realize that the money you’re saving is only worth half of what you saved because some people have the power to print unlimited quantity and even lie about it, same people who have unlimited access to it and are not affected by the inflation they cause...its just wickedness!

I’m really happy for the countries taking a bold step to decouple themselves from the broken inflationary fiat, this is the fight we are all on about, freedom from financial slavery, I’m also happy about the people who have taken he bold step to decouple their savings from fiat and are embracing Bitcoin. Bitcoin really is digital gold.

This is not the end. I feel sad for citizens of countries like China that are blocking the people from participating in a global monetary system, most people there still need to be enlightened, therefore we need to continue to spread the word to them and every other person around us who lack the knowledge and are living bound by the shackles of the broken fiat system.

Cheers to $62k Bitcoin and beyond fellas!!! Thank you for reading.

Thanks @mistakili for sharing your thoughts :)

I think those that draw the short end of the stick participating in the fiat system (the unbanked, the ones struggling with hyperinflation of their worthless fiat etc) and have reached a point of desperation will readily understand and accept the value of Bitcoin more than the average upper-middle class individual living comfortably in a developed country.

Yes I agree with that, it’s harder for the upper-middle class to understand the need for Bitcoin, the harsh realities of inflation are shadowed by their high end salaries and belief in the system. It will touch them eventually. Thank you for your comment 🙏

I actually do not feel sad for the Chinese, the less power they have the better, they are already dominant in some stuff and taking over Africa (Silly African leaders) I'd rather have US dominate in BTC mining.

As for BTC I don't remember seeing it dip, it is just one currency that keeping appreciating in value unlike the fiat in your pocket.

Well, I guess someone has to show them let’s say they don’t know. From one person to the next and the next and the next. But you see the government , they are the enslavers so we can’t expect them to want people to know

That's what i also think. This technology would free alot of people from their slavery. Power would shift to the masses which is what they don't want. But the truth of the matter, they have to accept it because the rapid growth of crypto would compel them to. A time would come when even they would need it because they can't trade any other way. That time is approching. You know those sci-fi movies we see where cars fly? It's happening.
