Thoughts on present crypto market price action

Things are looking up around here, compared to the rest of the market. If you were around here 3years ago, then you’ll remember the impact of this type of dips on the price of Alt coins, if Bitcoin coughed, best believe the price of Alts are already having a heart attack. Things have changed a lot around here, especially on Hive.

It’s like there’s a mount of support around the $0.70 levels, last time this type of price action happened, I was waiting to load up around $0.5 levels, guess what, it never happened lol! I won’t be waiting like that this time.

Food for thought.

I think something is happening in the background. Algo Stable coins are beginning to gain more attention than ever before. How many of your coins have you converted to stables since this downtrend began in December? Or Probably as a result of taking profit or random decision to build a hedge volatility?

If you look around you now, there are more than 3 DeFi protocols offering around 20% APR in stable coin farming or saving. UST the most popular and fastest growing stable coin is now over $18 billion in market cap. It’s as if there’s a conscious coordinated effort to shake people off with attractive Stable coin yields just before the mega bull run.

Or maybe not. Maybe stable coins are just neutral hedges to the volatile market as we head into bearish territory. Everyone should derisk or DCA in or out depending on their financial capacity and goals. For me I’m still way behind on my hbd savings goals, still trying not to break the bank.

pHive is finally up!

I shifted some liquid Hive to provide liquidity on the pHive-Polycub farm on Polycublast night, well, I woke up to my LP being worth more, turned out it was a good decision. I entered with pcub at $0.203 and woke up to $0.236.

I could just imagine how things would look like when PolyCUB stabilizes and enters that bullish trend. Grinding all the way up.

We're not over yet, but you have a good point. The past time BTC felt that much alts were bleeding. I guess it's because cycles have changed.

I liked the moment ... mega bull run) I hope. this will also affect dormant coins in the Hive Engine. I am still far from DeFi projects and pools, as they say, I work the old fashioned way, with the help of a crowbar and a shovel).

I monitor the BtC/hive market and the range is still intact.

ALTs seem to mostly only move in sync with BTC these days.

you can say that again, we would have seen Hive plunged down south to $0.17 where it would refuse to even dream of making to $0.30
