Consistency is actually more important than having a scary goal that might end up discouraging you.

I do call it realistic goals. Goals should be tuned to our reality.

Yes I do have goals here. I'm barely three months old here.

For this month I planned on making at least a post a day, and making at least ten comments in a day also. I have kept to the the posting, as for the comments, if I fail, I do make it up another day.

It's always good to grow at our own space.
