Or, looking at it from the other side...find something that you are passionate about and present it to people in a way that they would want it. Such as useful information, or solving a problem, or providing fun.

This right here is the needed balance.

If I may add, I'm not sure there's anyone who doesn't love getting results. If the needed result is forthcoming, it will be a matter of time before we get to love the process.

Also things connect. I can connect whatever my passion is into proffering solution to people's problem.

I love reading from you. Thanks to @dreemport that keeps bringing you my way.

It's about finding the necessary connection.

We must begin somewhere. In whatever we are doing, growth is mostly what we are desiring. We all desire to excel in our endeavours.

My strength is in educating, training and coaching people. I discovered that when I got involved with an NGO as a teenager, I was vested with the responsibility of intimating our audience with the goals of our organization. I did an excellent work, that was why that role wasn't contested. I enjoyed it as well, I have diversify no doubt, but like I said, I always look for ways to create that connection.

That is absolutely true! Results are one of the best motivators you can get!

Yes, thank you to @dreemport indeed!

As you say, we all have to begin somewhere.

I'm glad to hear about the opportunity you got as a teenager and that you have made such a huge success of it! That's awesome!

Thank you so much for stopping by and for taking the time to give your valuable input!
