Always an Amateur at everything? Did it ever get better

Hello Hive

This is the story of my life and how I have lived out the years with average performance in so many areas is still a mystery.
I guess plenty of time and patience helped me get through the ugly days of been an amateur at practically everything in life.

First it was school, I had an average education and my grades often sit in between.
This was s big challenge since I envied all the other brilliant students especially those with eye glasses. We assumed that the glasses makes them more wiser and smatter than us.

Well I scaled through the preliminary and secondary educations...

Not knowing if any tertiary institution will accept me, I never passed WAEC or NECO so I opted for NABTEB, the escape exams for medicocres 😂😂😂...

Well I eventually did get into the university after 4years of writing JAMB. Am sure you don't want to know the scores 😅😅😅 then i was hence faced with challenges of meeting with the current level of education.

"I never sabi secondary school book finish another level own come join"

Each time a lecturer teaches I just write note down and then start my reading of such topics from my secondary school level...

Eventually I graduated with upper class, which is something I can't explain. The grade looks good on me sha 😂. Maybe it was luck or fortune, I really can't say too

Another challenge I faced was regarding my fashion training, I had to train from 3 different bosses for more than 5years.
It was a sad and hard time for me.
Some said my head was blocked and fashion knowledge cannot enter.
I just couldn't figure out what the challenge was.

But in the end I am proud of where I am today, in all the areas I struggles to learn and many more.

In conclusion am happy to come around the community again.
It has become a recent resolution for me to work on my blogs and navigate through as many communities on hive in order to engage with others and make more friends, and hope I will be received one more time

Thank you for reading through

We are amateurs at almost everything. It is our determination that graduates us from being amateurs. Thank God you didn't give up.
Your progress is never measured by use of others' standards.
We progress as God would want us especially when we play our part by making the efforts and not giving up
