At Splinterfest we learned alot of stuff, one of my favorite things was Lux Vega. She is a beautiful neutral summoner, and most likely will be our only neutral summoner. If thats the case well then it seem like an easy choice, BUUUUUTTTTTTT lets take a close look at her
