Good morning and a happy new month to you all. The second half of the year just began f calculated by months in a year. Though there seem not to be any difference in the dawning of a new day or the rising of the sun, there is only a date change. To many, it may not have too much significance. For some of us who are conscious about records, output or productivity, coverage or success, the change in an hour or days or weeks or even months, spells a lot. It could be a time to weigh what you have been able to achieve under the specified past time. It has been an amazing year all ready for me because some amazing things happened to me. Some are of those experiences are quite emotional and could cause one to break down. Among some of those notable experiences are:

One of such terrible moments

• Hive discovered me. I discovered the geese that lay the golden egg.

Earlier in the year, precisely January, people would have had a well-written plan for how they intend to progress within the year. That's New Year Resolution. Now that we are in July would you able to say you have achieved set goals? If not, you need to do what you have not done. A malfunctioning system would only need to re-strategize.

Reset
Going back to the drawing board is a move in the right direction as to crossing your ts and dotting you Is. This will give you ample opportunity to remove obsolete decisions that won't help you plan to come to fruition. So, you may need to re-plan as it is too early to give up on those dreams you had in the early part of the year.

Launch

Sometimes, our dreams are bigger than we can envisage and fear could set in. Some of those dream could make the dreamer wonder if any such thing could become real. But it your faith and resolve is small like a mustard seed, you will mountains. Now that you have been reminded that anything is possible, launch into the deep and reach the best. Like the Biblical Peter who toiled all night but caught no fish. When asked to launch, it doubted at first. But when he did eventually, the amount of fishes caught broke his net and filled his boat and overflowed. Don't be limited, there is nothing you cannot achieve.

Do not settle for less. No matter what you have achieved yet, there are still more grounds to cover. The most recorded achievements of men over time came as a result of continuous persistence. Keep walking, keep working and never relent your effort. The best form of defense is to attack (both in business, investment or project, even in physical fight).
