If the Hive-Hbd price relation was adjusted automatically by an algorithm like Terra-Luna and Tusd, there would be less fluctuations. In Terra-Luna case, total value of the coin is used to adjust the Tusd price. Luna is built for the stable coin issuance, I don't know if it is easy to mimic their mechanism.
