My work experience is one of the reasons why I am raising the issue aloud. In the service industry, user experience should be the first priority. What is surprising is that the some influencers of the community try to excuse the situation. Isn't it more rational to solve an obvious problem instead of trying to excuse it? I think I'll be leaving Leo Finance soon.
