Curry In A Hurry
Today I have the house to myself, so during my lunch break I managed to whip up a quick curry.
The good thing about making a lunch time meal, is you can make enough to have a second portion later or the next day.
Curry is one of my favourite meals. Here is how I prepared it (any tips or feedback are welcome):
First chop some mushrooms, onions and carrot.
In the mean time put some rice on to boil.
Add some chopped tomatoes and chickpeas. Spices are also important, so i added some Guam Masala spices, vegeta, sugar and some tumeric powder.
I then added some coconut milk to add some creamy texture and taste. It also removes a bit of the kick away from the curry.
Finally I added some tumeric also to the rice and served (to myself).
I don't cook often, but I do enjoy it when I do. It's another part of being !Alive.
