I had already heard this beautiful song before in a couple of movies, it caused me a very exorbitant first impression, but it was not until a few days ago that it was played in a small meeting due to a friend's birthday and it was where I could identify its name to be able to look it up and enjoy it in its totality.

As always I tried to understand what the song is about and I didn't understand it ha,ha,ha,ha, I lie, maybe I did understand a little but not for sure what the author was trying to say. I think the content talks about man's ambition, and well, the name of the song says it very clearly: "Everybody wants to conquer the world" but the interesting thing is that I think the author tried to explain what he felt when he observed this intrinsic desire of domination that many men have, since he mentions in his lyrics many confusions that he has when deciding between love and ambition.

A esta hermosa canción ya la había escuchado antes en un par de películas, me causo una primera impresión muy exorbitante, pero no fue hasta hace unos días que la pusieron en una pequeña reunión debido al cumpleaños de una amiga y fue donde pude identificar su nombre para poder buscarla y disfrutarla en su totalidad.

Como siempre trate de comprender de que habla la canción y no lo entendí ja,ja,ja, miento, tal vez si comprendí un poco pero no a ciencia cierta lo que el autor trato de decir. Creo que el contenido nos habla de la ambición del hombre, y bueno, el nombre de la canción lo dice muy claramente: "Todos quieren conquistar al mundo" pero lo interesante es que creo que el autor trato de explicar lo que sentía al observar este deseo intrínseco de dominio que tienen muchos hombres, ya que el menciona en su letra muchas confusiones que tiene al decidir entre amor y ambición.

Police es una de mis bandas favoritas, a pesar de que Sting me parezca un poco arrogante y pareciera estar molesto siempre, es innegable que es uno de las grandes referencias cuando de música hablamos.

Every breath you take es una canción escrita por un padre hacia su hijo o hija, su letra habla de cómo ese amor de padre hace que un ser se convierta a un espectador de todo el proceso de vida de su progenie y como esta observación parte desde el amor y la más bella apreciación. Es interesante observar el concepto del padre y relacionarlo con Dios, es algo parecido, Dios es un espectador en el proceso de nuestra existencia y a veces juega el papel de una mano ayudante en nuestros procesos y obstáculos. En la canción también se habla del dolor que siente un padre cuando su hijo está lejos de su hogar, ya que lo deja frío y con la necesidad de su abrazo, no sé si Dios nos extraña o no pero imagino que quiere que en algún momento regresemos a él.

Take on my was one of my first favorite songs in life, I heard it once when I was a kid and it was one of the few songs I fell in love with back then, because as I mentioned, I wasn't the biggest fan of music when I was a kid.

I can't say much about the lyrics of this song because it's a typical love song, but what I can't deny is that it's a very sweet piece in every aspect, besides being a sound recognized by anyone thanks to its riffs and musical motifs, an unmistakable melody.

Take on my fue de mis primeras canciones favoritas en la vida, la escuché una vez de pequeño y fue de la poca música que me enamoro en ese entonces, porque como te mencioné, no era el fan más grande de la música cuando era niño.

De la letra de esta canción no puedo decir mucho porque es la típica canción de amor, pero lo que sí no puedo negar es que es una pieza muy dulce en todo aspecto, además de ser un sonido reconocido por cualquiera gracias a sus rifs y motivos musicales, una melodía inconfundible.
