COIN Stock - is it worth It?

There has been some news that was considered amazing by a portion of bosses at Coinbase selling their new COIN shares.

After Coinbase's offerings were officially registered on April 14, Coinbase's quite weak market estimate reached over $ 80 billion before the main exchange meeting ended, putting it despite many Wall Street monsters.

The local area of crypto money hasn't focused on Coinbase's positive metrics, instead focusing on how much its bosses are selling its offerings.

In a tweet that collected a few thousand retweets, a customer showed that the Queen Piece supervisory staff had sold off many of their offers.

However, the information the source gathered from filings with the SEC shows that the organization's largest investors sold only a small portion of their offerings in the foundation throughout April 14-15.

So how much did the lead group sell to "Coinbase" during the main 7-day period of the "COIN" share exchange?

Starting with CEO Brian Armstrong, he sold less than 2% of his holdings.

While Alicia Haas' CFO, many onlookers showed that she sold 100% of her shares of Coinbase, while as the source explained, she only sold 15% of the full shows that she owned (Haas actually owns close to $ 500 million. Of the total shares based on the cost of the stock at last Friday's close).

The organization's record director, Jennifer Jones, has sold 38% of her entire holdings, the highest among presidents.

The local crypto district shouldn't be surprised that presidents have auctions for a portion of their Coinbase stock.

In a direct listing, there is no primary contribution to the offerings as in the case of a regular IPO.

With that in mind, showing current offers by investors ensures that adequate supplies and supplies are prepared for direct publication and execution.

To make an adequate offer and welcome new financial backers, the organization must sell the entire base from the largest schedule of effective deployment.

The biggest investors generally are financial backers and bosses, meaning that they will regularly get the biggest deals when the job arrives.

Coinbase CEO Brian sold a large portion of the offerings (just under $ 300 million), but it takes up a fraction of his entire ownership in the organization.

Regarding the implementation of the "COIN" stock, it ended the trading day on Friday at $ 340 bid, which is mainly lower than it was in the early hours after its availability.

Money out of thin air.
The price is way too high.
If it drops below $200
or $100 area I may tempted
to buy a couple cause crypto
is on the rising side.
