It's taken a while

I have been around a while now on Hive, more than 6 months. I have never really thought of myself as a blogger, though I am sure I have the Silver part covered especially if I ever let the little hair I have left on my shaved head grow.

Hive was a pretty big step for me, as I am more of an introvert than an extravert and at school, English and writing was never really my strong point. I quickly and easily moved into work as an electrical tradesman and never really looked back. Over the years the world moved and now even tradies have ended up having to not only just do the physical installation jobs but also have to run, manage, risk access, quote, document jobs on there smart phones and Computers.

These new skills seem to have opened a new world for me and all this blockchain stuff is just so interesting. So after stumbling upon Hive and deciding to have a go. I didn't venture out side my comfort zones too much just posting about the things I knew a bit about travel, gaming and fitness.
Now as my experience and confidence has grown I am keen to venture out and try a few different communities.

So were did this all stated for me.
My first Computer the Atari 400 ?? but we only ever played games on it.

It would have been late 1979 or year 80s I remember being in high school and having a casual job on the weekends. My class mates said if you get the school to sign a form you can get the computer tax free for educational purposes. I was not sure if my mates was having me on but it worked, even though I am sure the science teacher whom I got to sign the form knew to well it would be mainly used for games.

The photograph of my home made desk in the house in Syndal where I grew up in 25km East of Melbourne Victoria Australia brings back some good memories. The old VHS player to the left, a small colour T.V, The black and white round T.V, I think I had both there so we could play games and try watch the football at the same time.

The old music cassettes in the metal box and the old school games Pacman, Centipede and Galaxian under the desk, how things have changed!
