Don Agustin was an old man who lived in the town of San Patricio, this kind man was very popular for his beautiful land and every Sunday he offered vegetables and fruits to all his people, he was also recognized for being an animal lover, He was also recognized for his love for animals, which he had of different kinds, it seemed as if it was Noel's ark, he was very loved, but every Sunday he prayed to God giving thanks for his health and for his lands, as an offering he gave his people his harvest as an act of kindness. This kind gentleman was very visited by the children because he showed them his animals and gave them fruits as a snack.

The story about this popular old man, reached many corners, which many wanted to travel to small town to meet this gentleman, but there were also three thieves who intended to take the land to this poor lady, but did not know what they were going to find. After a long journey these bad people arrived.

It was already late afternoon when these suspicious people arrived at Don Agustin's land, they saw a closed wooden house, but in front there were a couple of parrots singing and laughing at everything, when they saw these people began to repeat intruders, they were surprised by the great scandal of these two animals, flew to the door and the old man opened and closed the door. He realized that all was not well, thanks to his parrots warned him.

The three strangers approached the door and knocked and told the old man that they wanted to buy his land, but he told them that it was not for sale, but if they played with him he could give them some pieces of land, the three thieves accepted, taking advantage of the fact that he was already an old person. But not everything was easy, this one tells him still with the door closed that if he beats him running he will give him the land of oranges, they are happy and accept, also Mr. Augustine, tells him that the one who will run for him is a little friend, because he is a little old to run, they smile and accept, when suddenly the door of the house opens and leaves very fast leaving the thief who was running, it was only a rabbit who ran for Mr. Augustine, being this the winner.

The thieves annoyed by the fact approached him saying that they will face it, the old man says this is another game well I accept, but it will leave another friend of mine, as I'm a little old for that, the door opens again and a bear comes out this roars very loud scaring the thieves, in the end the bear only roars was very quiet and playful was left sleeping in the front of the door, was so great the scare that the shot the thieves went running out of town.
