家乡的味道
今晚婆婆特地做了我的家乡小吃-食饼筒，久违的味道，好想念！我婆婆是语音跟我妈学的如何做这道家乡小吃，她做了有好几次了，感觉越来越上手了。这道小吃最难的就是如何做好饼皮，太多的水或是太多的面粉都会让饼皮容易破开，包不了东西。有了漂亮的饼皮，我们就可以往里面放自己喜欢的菜，放完之后再卷起来包好，最后开吃。这可是一道我从小吃到大的小吃，每次我都贪嘴，再撑也要吃个四筒，因为实在太爱了！
