Game Developer Update #1 Here

TLDR:

• New Stacks developer hired for NFT Studios/ChiFiBots
• Setting up new office in Manilla - Philippines
• 1st set been finalised. Base set expansion work begins.
• Day One = 21 cards | Base set = 113 cards | Reward cards (so far) = 9 cards
• Hive Power ChiFiBot contest close (community will now help decide)
• Beta Bot ChiFiBot drawn

Team Update

We're excited to welcome Exiled Wolf, an experienced developer on Stacks to the NFT Studios team to help us begin the NFT minting process on Stacks.

This is a huge step for us as we ramp up operations to launch day.

He will also assist with our Game Dev, Arif, on all things ChiFiBots. Woohoo!

Also an update on our South East Asia office set up.

We will not setting up office in Kuala Lumpur, but instead move operations to the Play & Earn capital of the world, Manilla - Philippines!

Our COO, Dave, is currently at CONQuest festival 2022 (160+ booths, 30+ Local & International Guests, Alliance Games Esports Grand Finals) in Manilla!

Marketplace Update

The first set "Day One" Assets have all been officially finalised and awaiting Stacks marketplace testing.

We are happy to announce that not only will the "Day One" packs be available on launch day, but also the next expansion "base set" as well.

Launching 2 sets at one time should give all users some pack opening satisfaction.

Internally, a launch mint date has been confirmed, but we want to test minting first.

Here's a preview of the Day One starter pack being opened.

Cards Update

Official Day One Set cards: 21 x 3 rarities = 63 total cards

Official Base Set: 113 x 3 rarities = 336 cards

Reward Cards (so far) = 9 cards

We've moved 9 cards out of the base set and placed them in reward cards that players can earn. Ultimately we thought they was a bit of overlap on some of the functions of the cards for the base set.

We also added 3 new cards that will help players

Exclusive ChiFiBots Update

Hive Power

An overwhelming response from the Hive community to draw the exclusive ChiFiBot "Hive Power."

We're very proud and honoured. Over the coming days we get the community to help decide who they like. All participants (regardless if they win top 3 or not, will receive 1 ChiFiBot base set booster pack).

The contest has now ended and the winner will be selected this week.

An incredible effort by everyone. You can voice your opinion on your favourite and why in our discord channel.

Beta Bot

The Indiegogo exclusive ChiFiBot has officially been drawn!

Beta Bot is the first ever "gladiator" who focuses on speed and power. One of the founding members of the "Alpha Alliance" and helps build the credibility of the ChiFiBots.

He's also an upgrade to the much slower Alpha Bot.
