Polycub, Provide Liquidity Week

Yes. You did hear that right.

Not only have the LEO team built an amazing yield farm for our community but they have also set some ambitious goals to drive adoption of these farms moving forward.

This is what we see now.

From the Leo team,

This is how we want the Farms to look like by May 31st, and we have a juicy prize for those who jump in and help us reach this goal:

You can read the full details of the contest here, leogrowth post. so I won't bother rewriting the same content over again.

What I will do is put together a quick summary for those too important or busy to waste time on petty things like content.

In summary.

  • Not only have they build an amazing yield farm on polygon.

  • They also gave us free tokens for that platform if we have invested in their previous project.

  • Then they extended it to add more Hive based assets for the community.

  • Now I've seen that they are giving out a 5 x $100 to people this week that have added liquidity to those hive pools.

There are no catches.
Just a few rules.

The contest is based on the three newest pools and will be done in the form of a raffle.

  • pHBD - USDC
  • pHive - Polycub.
  • pSPS - Polycub

For each $25USD in value that any user stakes in one of the three Polycub Farms mentioned above, they will get one (1) raffle ticket to participate to win one of five $100 USD prizes.
N.B This is for new liquidity.

For existing liquidity.

existing Liquidity will get 1 raffle ticket per $50 dollars worth of liquidity already provided, all you have to do is drop a comment with your wallet address. If you are already providing liquidity and you decide to provide even more, you will get 1 ticket per $50 of existing liquidity and 1 ticket per additional $25 that you stake between right now and May 31st, 23:59.

This means that we all have a fair chance of winning based on how invested that we are in the pools. While larger users have a higher probability of winning from having more tickets. Everybody has a fair chance of their ticket being pulled form the draw for one of those prizes.

If you haven't already gone down the defi route and tried out any of these systems then your in luck. They have even provided a full guide on how to add your assets to the pools and enter into the raffle as well as the main benefit of earning high yield on those assets with polycub farms for dummies.

The main rules to be aware of are to provide liquidity by the 31st of May. It needs to stay staked until at least the 7th of June. If you do have liquidity in the pools then you need to provide proof of address in the comment section of the main post. Full rules in the post. Always read fully before entering the contest.

This one right here: Polycub raffle post.

So go read the full post.
Make sure of the rules and regs.
Add liquidity if you feel comfortable doing so.
Hope that you get some of that $$$

Contestant: I'll take a P please Bob.

Bob: What P is used to harvest Polycub and provide high returns?

Contestant: Is it a Liquidity Pool Bob?

Bob: That's correct! Thank you for playing Blockbusters!

I saw the post about it but I just don't really see the pools as that attractive. The SPS and HBD pool just seems to be safer staking alone because the APR itself isn't that much lower based on the price of PolyCUB. However, I do understand that having the liquidity is good for the tokens because people can get in and out.

There are pro's and con's to staking with polycub but the returns are higher.

I can understand wanting to keep hive in your account as that is the ultimate goal for all of us.

My thinking is that whatever gets me there the fastest is the best way to do it. That will be different for everybody depending on time as well.
