Watch Out For The Black Hole...

I've been on a bit of a space themed craze recently - maybe it's because I still have 2 more books from Professor Brian Cox to read through that are staring me in the face.

However, as I shared a mix from the archives yesterday, I dug even deeper and found a tune that I made soon after coming back from my first round of travelling.

That feeling of holiday blues didn't seem to do it justice. The house was empty, devoid of anything really other than a bloke who wishes he could have stayed out there.

Rather like a Black Hole of emotion - trying to call people up but there was no answer and loneliness struck hard.

Still, we got a tune out of it and that's what this dark liquid dnb roller portrays.

Similar to how galaxies are spread across the vast expanse of the Universe, the stars that make them up will all eventually collapse in on themselves and create black holes, where nothing can escape, not even light.

That's how it felt coming back from the trip of a lifetime - grateful yes of course, but it sucked more than ever.

Turns out one of the subsidiary labels I released this with liked it so much that they re-released it on a compilation, so there you go, happy days lol.

Sometimes the darker tracks from darker periods in life produce some unexpected results!
