Greetings dear members of the Hive community, welcome to my post once again, I'm Nitsu and I want to share my experience in my first Hive meetup Argentina.
Saludos queridos miembros de la comunidad de Hive, bienvenidos a mi post una vez más, soy Nitsu y quiero compartir mi experiencia en mi primer Hive meetup Argentina.
My girlfriend had warned me about this great meeting a few weeks ago, we decided to attend together to live this experience. I admit that at first I felt anxious, I hesitated to go since I did not know what to expect, but being accompanied by my girlfriend @youyowi I felt more confident, plus it would be a great opportunity to meet the rest of creators living in my country. With my girlfriend we arrived early for the meeting so before going in we went to have lunch together near the place, when we were more about the schedule we went up and we were given a warm welcome.
Mi novia me había avisado de este gran encuentro hace algunas semanas, decidimos asistir juntos para vivir esta experiencia. Admito que en un principio me sentía ansioso, dudé de ir ya que no sabía que esperar, pero al estar acompañado de mi novia @youyowi me sentí más seguro, además que sería una gran oportunidad para conocer al resto de creadores que viven en mi país. Con mi novia llegamos temprano para la reunión así que antes de entrar fuimos a almorzar juntos cerca del lugar, cuando estuvimos más sobre el horario subimos y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida.
We were welcomed, we said our user names and they prepared some cards that made us feel very important and that is something that is very appreciated. Already at the reception I could see some participants who had arrived, I was very pleased to see people of different ages, this means that Hive is very accessible to all types of users, no matter the age, no matter the origin, the only thing that matters is the desire to share experiences and work with other people.
Nos recibieron, dijimos nuestros nombres de usuario y nos prepararon unas tarjetas que nos hicieron sentir muy importantes y eso es algo que se agradece mucho. Ya en la recepción pude ver a algunos participantes que habían llegado, me agrado mucho ver gente de diferentes edades esto quiere decir que Hive es muy accesible para todo tipo de usuario, no importa la edad, no importa el origen, lo único que importa son las ganas de compartir experiencias y trabajos con otras personas.

I went by and settled in a place near the window, being in such a nice building on diagonal north, near the obelisk is not something you do every day so I took advantage of the view. It was impossible not to be watching everything. The decoration of the place was great, there were Hive banners in different areas, some planters and pots nicely decorated by @lauramica and some red chairs very in tune with HIVE.
Pase y me acomode en un lugar cerca de la ventana, estar en un edificio tan lindo en diagonal norte, cerca del obelisco no es algo que uno haga todos los días así que aproveche las vistas. Era imposible no estar observando todo. La decoración del lugar estaba genial, había banderines de Hive en diferentes zonas, unos plantines y macetas muy bien decorados por @lauramica y unas sillas rojas muy a tono con HIVE.
They brought Hivers with a lot of experience in the platform, they told their experiences and the journey they had to go through to get to the place where they are now. Something that stands out a lot is that they not only talked about their achievements but also about all their failures, which helped them to learn and improve. They spoke from the experience of each one, there were days when they were not doing well, some were away from the platform for a while, but all of them came back to continue and this is something that I emphasize because it can happen to all of us; one often makes an effort and does not see immediate results, but everything is based on quality and perseverance. Something that helps me a lot is having my girlfriend also within Hive, we can talk about our projects, goals and ideas so if you can rely on another content creator to move forward it will be very useful.
Trajeron a Hivers con mucha experiencia dentro de la plataforma, contaron sus vivencias y el trayecto que tuvieron que recorrer hasta llegar al lugar donde se encuentran. Algo que destaco muchísimo es que no solo hablaron de sus logros sino también de todos sus fallos, los cuales les sirvieron para aprender y mejorar. Hablaron desde la experiencia de cada uno, había días que nos les iba bien, algunos se alejaron por un tiempo de la plataforma, pero todos regresaron para continuar y esto es algo que destaco porque nos puede pasar a todos; uno muchas veces se esfuerza y no ve resultados inmediatos, pero todo se basa en la calidad y la constancia. Algo que a mí me ayuda mucho es tener a mi novia también dentro de Hive, podemos hablar de nuestros proyectos, metas e ideas así que si pueden apoyarse en otro creador de contenido para avanzar va a ser algo muy útil.
We talked about Web 3, the importance of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, I consider that the objectives of the Hive meetup were met, we managed to generate links between different members, disclose HIVE to new interested users (although some terms explained could be complicated to understand for a first talk), inform about the blockchain and commit all participants to continue giving value to the platform.
Se hablo de la Web 3, la importancia de las criptomonedas y la blockchain, considero que los objetivos del Hive meetup fueron cumplidos, logramos generar vínculos entre diferentes miembros, divulgar HIVE a nuevos usuarios interesados (Aunque algunos términos explicados podían ser complicados de entender par una primera charla), informar sobre la blockchain y comprometer a todos los participantes a continuar dando valor a la plataforma.
After listening to the speakers, there was a short time to exchange questions, which was very important to clear up any doubts about the talks. At all times the good organization and the good vibes of everyone was noticeable. Although there were more experienced users, we all treated each other as equals.
Luego de escuchar a los oradores hubo un pequeño tiempo para intercambiar preguntas, muy importante para sacarnos dudas de las charlas. En todo momento se notó la buena organización y la buena onda de todos. Aunque hubiera usuarios más experimentados todos nos tratábamos como iguales.
There was a surprise for all of us who went, we were given a reusable bag with the magnificent logo of Hive, inside came a keychain 3D printing, an agenda and a very useful pen to take notes in the talks that were given and I have no doubt that in the future this meeting will be replicated throughout the country inviting more members of all our beloved Argentina.
Hubo una sorpresa para todos los que fuimos, nos regalaron una bolsa reutilizable con el magnífico logo de Hive, dentro venia un llavero impresión en 3D, una agenda y una lapicera muy útiles para tomar apuntes en las charlas que se dieron y no tengo dudas que en un futuro este encuentro se replicara por todo el país invitando a más miembros de toda nuestra querida Argentina.
At the end there were some raffles where my girlfriend was lucky enough to win some cool headphones, we were also able to eat some sweet and salty snacks while chatting with other people. I went straight for donuts to eat since I had never tried them and something I also really liked were the tequeños, I had never eaten them but now I feel the need to try them again.
Al finalizar se realizaron unos sorteos donde mi novia tuvo la suerte de ganarse unos auriculares geniales, también pudimos comer algunos aperitivos dulces y salados mientras charlábamos con otras personas. Fui directamente por donas para comer ya que nunca las había probado y algo que también me gustó mucho fueron los tequeños, nunca los había comido pero ahora siento la necesidad de volverlos a probarlos.
If I remember correctly we were about 50 users between participants and speakers, I really hope to take the tips from the talks and implement them in future posts. I am Nitsu and I thank everyone for having put their grain of sand in this magnificent gathering of Hivers.
