I GOT SOME HIVE PUNK

I never thought I would be joining the NFT craze but here I am buying these beautiful jpegs and why not? It is a hive NFT!

So Marky launched his NFT project yesterday called Hive-punk. I decided to purchase one just to try it out (got another this morning). And it fits me perfectly.

So the process is quite simple. To make a purchase you need a browser with a hive keychain. Hivesigner isn't working on the site right now.

To purchase your hivepunk visit punk.usehive.com. Once the page appears you click on the mint option. It takes 20 hive to mint 1 punk. After hivefest it will cost 25 hive to mint.

The minting process is a bit slow for now. I think that will improve over time. The punks are in hive demand so it would be best to get yours now--if you are interested.

REVIEW

Well, I want to start with the domain name. I would have gone with something simpler. I had to double-check the site at first, just to be sure it wasn't a phishing site.

Secondly the interface. Well, Marky mentioned at hivefest that he doesn't like frontend work and it is understandable. However an NFT site, hivepunk doesn't look so great. Maybe he can contract someone else to work on the frontend.

The technical stuff, which, in all honesty, flew over my head (and this is coming from an aspiring programmer)
is quite solid.

Marky spoke about how you can validate your punk and the whole process of minting. So we can be sure that the backend side of things is solid.

Right now I am just FOMOing on the hivepunk and I am certainly not alone on this one. Over 25% of the total supply (which is about 10,000) has been sold. That for me is a good sign and I have a feeling better things are going to come out of this project. Okay maybe I am just speculating, but my convictions are strong.
