The grudge has a cult status, I'm aware. Although I'm not much of a horror fan myself, I do enjoy atmospheric horrors like The Shining.

I also saw "The Shinning" at the Cinema when first released. There are many other great atmospheric horror films, and I do really enjoy good suspense / chillers as well.
