Well, I don't know things like this, or more like cheating also happens in Car Racing but then, what body is FIA and what's the full meaning?

Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) they are the governing body that controls motorsport. They are responsible for safety,rules and making sure teams stick to the regulations imposed each season. Plenty of cheating or bending of the rules happen as it is all about developing new technology.
Okay. Just like Fifa for soccer but since the rules and regulations are still being controlled by humans, they'll definitely be some pretty cheating like we now have with VAR in the European football sector now. Thanks the explanation though.
FIFA and VAR are terrible as there is no consistency leaving you asking too many questions. FIA have too many people watching them and cheaters do get caught quite often. The cheating and inconsistency is more in the punishment though.
I think we all get to see more of the cheating moves due to the concept of "Gambling".
