How to prepare catfish peppersoup

Peppersoup happen to be one of my best, it can serve as appertiser or even main meal, depends on how you want it. It is one of the fastest meal to quickly prepare, so I will be showing us, one of the very many methods in making (cooking) it
INGREDIENTS
Cat fish
Pepper soup spice( uda, uziza seed, ehuru)
Garlic and ginger
Onion (optional)
Crayfish
Seasonings ( maggi)
Fresh pepper
Salt
Scent leave

INGREDIENT PREPARATION
*Blend the local pepper soup spice, crayfish and seasoning

  • Blend garlic, ginger and fresh pepper
  • Wash your cat fish
    STEP1: pit a little water on the fire

STEP 2:pour your blended fresh pepper, ginger and garlic into the water and allow to boil
STEP 3: add your already washed cat fish , cover and allow to cook
STEP 4: add your blended crayfish, pepper soup spices and seasonings
STEP.5:add salt
STEP6: add your scent leaves ,cover and allow Tor cook, while checking on consistency, ones you feel it thick enough, then take down from the fire and your pepper soup is ready
Your catfish peppersoup can be served and enjoyed like that, or with rice, agidi,yam e.t.c,
