Hehe, my man. I eventually got the components I needed for my project, but it did not come without some hassle. I had to split everything I needed to get into different groups and had to gather many ATM cards to pay for them each. It was not funny at all.

I have also learned about Chipper Cash and even registered, but just like you initially, I did not give it much thought. Now that you have mentioned that it does have virtual cards that actually work, I am very glad it exists. I will be needing to make international payments soon, and there is not a better time for me to learn about this than now.
