Does it matter what we do and how we do it at Hive?

I've been thinking about something important, recently, regarding our posts here on Hive. It got me thinking about whether it really matters what we do and how we do it in the grand scheme of things...

Quality and long posts, or short posts and without much effort?

I think this has been a long-standing discussion for all of us here at Hive. In terms of profitability, what should we do? Should we create extremely long posts that are of high quality? Or maybe it is better to create short posts of low quality?

Obviously, I know that to be successful on Hive, we need to see it as much more than just a platform to make a lot of money; but I think it's no secret to anyone that we all want or seek to profit from what we do here at Hive every time we write a post.

That is why I ask myself this what I mention to you, because, in fact, I have come to think that the truth is somewhere in the middle, perhaps it is best to make posts of medium or short length, but with great quality.

I think it's always better to prioritize quality, if we really want to create something valuable here at Hive, and have people start to know us for our content. But the truth is, I don't know what is more difficult, because making quality long posts requires a lot of effort, but if we talk about making high quality short posts, it is even more difficult.

I say this because it is difficult to speak fluently about a complex topic in a short post, or a few words. I clarify here that I consider a long post, any post of 1200 words or more, and a medium post is any post between 700 and 1100 words. And on the other hand, a short post, in my opinion, is any post that has between 300 and 600 words.

Returning to the key point of the question

So does what we do here at Hive really matter when it comes to achieving financial success? Will our posts be more noticed if we do this or that? Will the length of the posts and the quality of the posts be appreciated by anyone in the end and will it affect our financial success in Hive in the future?

Based on what I have seen with many authors on the platform, I think the answer is yes, we should seek to generate maximum length and quality in our posts. Achieving it is not easy, it is rather a matter of a lot of work, discipline and tenacity, but it is supposed to be worth the effort.

I have also noticed that other things are also important when it comes to financial success in Hive, such as the fact that we must be consistent over time when writing our posts; that is, we must write frequently so that our publications begin to be noticed and make a difference on the platform.

Another important thing seems to be the task of commenting and voting on other people's posts. In fact, a few days ago I read someone very famous on the platform, talking about the fact that it is necessary to make an average of 500 comments per month for them to start note you and to be able to have better rewards within the platform.

All this that I mention is interesting, and it will be a matter of testing all these issues in order to hit the nail on the head with any of them. One day, if we stick with it, we'll find the formula that will allow us to achieve all the success we crave at Hive, of that I have no doubt.

Please tell me your thoughts on everything I commented on in the post.
