What is economic success for you?

There are many definitions that we find on the internet regarding economic success. Some say that it is having so much money that you don't know exactly what to spend it on, others say that economic success is when you don't have to worry about how much you spend, many others say that economic success is measured in terms of how many months (or years) you can stop working without dying hungry etc

But financial success is, in my opinion, something quite subjective, because what for me may be a lot of money, for other people may be little, and in turn; what may seem like little money to me, may seem like a lot of money to other many people.

The key here is the level of personal expectations that one has and the current economic level of the person in question. Because if I have $100, we may think that it is very little money, but for someone who lives on the street, eating from the garbage, it may seem like a lot of money. The same happens in the opposite case, that is, I can have 100 thousand dollars and believe that I am the owner of the world, but in reality, that amount of money will seem laughable to anyone who owns millions of dollars.

So the definition of economic success is something quite relative as we can clearly see. The key point here is that we have to be very clear on what exactly economic success is, in our opinion.

How much money would we have to have to consider that we are financially successful?

And we will get the answer to that when we ask ourselves other fundamental questions such as: How do we want to live? where do we want to live? what goods do we want to have? What clothes, what car, what home do we want to have? What food do we want to eat? What lifestyle do we want to have?

Answering these questions is fundamental, because they will help us to know our current situation, and how much we need to get to the economic situation in which we want to be. Because for those who don't know where they want to go, any place will seem good, but for those who know exactly where they want to go, they generally will learn to develop perseverance and they will not rest until they achieve their goals.
