Buying The Pump: this happens mostly to crypto newbie traders, once they come into the market and see a coin pumping, they believe it going to continue going up without retesting (the previous resistance or support) or having a little retracement.

Knowledge On Gas Fees: it's advisable to know the gas fees for the Crypto or NFTs, you want to buy to avoid buying a coin and spending a large amount of money on gas fees.

Ignoring Relevant Articles, News, Post, And Tweets That Can Affect The Coin You Invested In: to me fundamentals are as important as making your technical analysis.
For example: earlier this year when Elon Musk tweets about Dogecoin made so many people, who at that time followed up his tweets crazy money just trading by his tweets and at the same time their news about a particular coin you're holding that would make the price drop, but if you ignore the news and it dumps you have nobody to blame but yourself. Although it's important to do both technical analysis and fundamental analysis before you make your trades.
