I feel this question is going to have different reactions and answers depending on who you are asking the question, for those that lost their lives savings to the Terra LUNA/UST crash, I can bet you that 90% of them now see crypto as a huge scam with an exemption for the 10% that recognizes and realizes that although it hurts to lose that much money, Luna was just a failed project and it does not represent the crypto industry but for the 90% of the people or investors who lost their money mostly if the person is a newbie and for those who invested all they had into Luna or was holding their money in UST that was supposed to be a stablecoin and a safe haven if you don't want to trade with the money just yet or at all, they might have let the ideas that crypto critics spread around that crypto is scam sinking and are now regretting ever investing in Luna (crypto)

Opinion On Crypto Being A Scam

Personally, I have had my fair share of wrong investments and investing in failed projects that looked promising but eventually turned out to be one of those failed crypto projects that give crypto a very bad reputation and that is all the way messed up but the painful truth is we will still have other failed projects, but you can avoid most of them when you do very detailed and proper research on the coin you want to invest your money in, yes I said you can avoid most of them not all of them with very detailed research because of Terra Luna, Luna was a rising star in the crypto industry, It was among the top 10 crypto project based on market cap value before the crash.

Luna Was Not A Shitty Coin But A Failed Project

And I believe so many people would have done their research on Luna before investing huge amounts of money into Luna because it had no warning sign that would make you see it as a shitty coin, although it wasn't a shitty coin, but it crashed anyways because of maybe self-sabotage, bad management, and flawed system, but nevertheless what happened to Luna is rare and does not happen all the time in the crypto industry, as I have said before Luna crash doesn't speak or represent the whole crypto market or industry, it is just one of the unfortunate projects that bite the dust and sadly won't be the last.

But crypto has proven itself a lot this year alone and it will definitely win everyone over very soon, it is just a matter of time. crypto adoption keeps growing every day and it would stop until everyone has accepted it.
