Honestly, for some time now I thought everyone has forgotten about Do Kwon and Terra Labs, that the world had moved on and Do Kwon had successfully rug-pulled his investors due to a news publication which exposed that Do Kwon allegedly withdrew $80 million before the LUNA/UST crash to 0 or their 100% crash. As of today another lawsuit was filed against Terra Labs and Do Kwon making it the second class action lawsuit to be filed in the US against them, In this suit Bragar Eagel & Squire law firm is accusing Terra and Do Kwon of misleading investors about the value of Terra tokens, among other things, I really feel bad for those who lost their money investing in LUNA and I hope they get compensated.

As of right now, Terra Labs and Do Kwon are in deep sh!t and their troubles have no end in sight trust me, because two Class Action lawsuits have been filed against them and that might not be the end, if and when they lose the lawsuits they would have to pay their investors maybe double what dey have lost, depending on the judges ruling. The case against Terra Labs and Do Kwon was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

The case is on behalf of the people and entities who had purchased the Terra token (previously known as LUNA, now called LUNC).

The Lawsuit Names

The lawsuit names Jump Crypto, Jump Trading LLC, Republic Capital, Republic Maximal LLC, Tribe Capital, DFinance Capital, DFinance Technologies, GSR/GSR Markets Limited, Three Arrows Capital Ptd. Ltd., Do Kwon, Nicholas Platias, KRT, ANC, WHALE, ASTRO, APPOLO, XDEFI, MINE, aUST, vUST, MIR, Mirrored Assets (e.g., mBTC, mETH, mVIXY, mTSLA, etc.), Liquidity Pool tokens (e.g., UST-mVIXY-LP, bLUNA-LUNA-LP, XDEFI-UST-LP, etc.), and Bonded Assets (e.g., bLUNA and bETH), purchased between May 20, 2021, and May 25, 2022.
