Honestly, Solana used to be one of my best altcoins, but the downtime has become a huge problem that the Solana team needs to dig deeper into finding a permanent solution if they want to live up to their nickname and be the Ethereum killer that everyone thought they were supposed to be because right now these random and frequent downtimes are really costing people a lot of money and making people lose interest and trust for the Solana project, I mean they were supposed to give Ethereum a run for their money when it comes to the NFT industry because they have something the that people have been wanting to have on the Ethereum blockchain which is a low gas fee. That has been a huge problem for Ethereum hopefully when Ethereum 2.0 is out that problem will be solved or fixed as it was promised.

Another Day Another Downtime On Solana Blockchain Network

Solana and downtime have now become best of friends, and this really sucks because most of the time their network will be offline for a long time before it can be restarted. Solana network random downtime and being offline is what that has led to their massive loss in market cap and they haven't resolved it yet, Solana has to take their time to redevelop their blockchain and fix all these downtime problems, that have been a stumbling block for them to achieve the greatness that most of us believe they should have only if they can focus their attention on the problem and tackle it properly, if not they would keep on losing investors that believed in them.

Solana network is becoming a big joke to many people because it had been down 8 times this year alone and the year just entered the 6th month today, the last time the Solana network was down was a month ago on the 1st of May. They have continued in their series of network downtimes. Solana is once again telling validator operators to prepare for a restart. I would say this again Solana needs to end operation and work on their Network for a proper upgrade or a hard fork. Solana has really become a shame to blockchain technology that is supposed to replace local transactions and payment methods.

Solana network’s congestion issues were meant to be fixed by one of it's recent upgrades following last month’s outage. Instead of a substantial update, the Solana network problems have worsened. Solana’s team needs to dig deeper to find a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes to tackle the recurring outages.
