What do you think about METAVERSE being the new Event Spot?
Metaverse being a digital world where people are already buying and selling lands, and popular brands like Adidas, Fendi, Dolce and Gabbana, Philip Plein, and recently Gucci are planning on investing and showcasing their NFTs modeling their products to create digital ownership of the product.
So now, let's imagine a big Event like the HiveFest which is hosted annually at the end of the year on the Metaverse, where hivers get to meet follow hivers and interact with them, having intelligent and important conversations with each other, although I missed last year's HiveFest, I'm planning on not missing this year's HiveFest already because i held a lot and also read about interesting things that happened during the HiveFest event, but this year I don't just want to read about it, I want to experience it for myself.
Now just imagine big events that are coming up this year being hosted on the Metaverse things like Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl, New York Fashion Week e.t.c, it's going to be crazy and fun to me even the pop-culture princess Paris Hilton agrees with the idea of events to be hosted on the Metaverse, although I think not everyone will actually love the idea though because there is going to be some disadvantages of hosting Big Events on the Metaverse, mostly for those whose business depends on physical presence like selling of foods, drinks, kits, and general merchandise, also for cab or taxi drivers who need to transport people to the event venues to get paid.

The pop culture icon has become a somewhat unexpected advocate for the metaverse in recent times. Hilton’s “Paris World” debuted on online gaming platform Roblox during New Year’s Eve 2021, where Hilton played a DJ set to a virtual crowd.
“I think it’s important for people to not only be in the physical world but also to be in the digital world,” she told Bloomberg on Friday.
Paris World comes complete with an amusement park, petting zoo, nightclub and mansion where users can buy outfits from her closet or hang out on their yacht.

What to expect is that, a lot of things will be moved to the digital world, traders won't be out of business, but jobs like bus driving will see a change, instead of being in the physical vehicle, one would be on the backseat, this is the idea of automation and it's pretty inevitable.

The only thing I think the Metaverse can't takeover is going to be hospitals because operations can't be done digitally
I think the metaverse will be an extension of the real world we live in. It might not be a complete extension but some parts of our real-world activities and experiences will be extended into the real world.

When this happens, ("because it will"), I'll have my wedding ceremony in a church and the reception in the meterverse.
