Question 1

How long have you been on the Blockchain?

I've been on the Blockchain since 2018 January, steemit to be precise, and when hive forked from steemit, I didn't hesitate, I make use of the airdrop chance (same amount of SBD and STEEM that you have on steemit would be the same amount of HBD and HIVE) when you log in to hive Blockchain with the same steemit keys. And I've never get tired of posting, most especially on the MCGI community.

Question 2

What was your background in cryptocurrency when you first come to the Blockchain?

Before I know the Blockchain, I was a novice to cryptocurrency. Although I do see adverts of Bitcoin on different websites, local traders but I didn't really know what it mean, I don't know how it works, until I read a post about it on the steemit Blockchain. So the first cryptocurrency I know how it works and the one I first I own is STEEM and SBD and I didn't buy them, they were given to me while posting on the Blockchain.

Question 3

What was your background in writing when you first came to the Blockchain.

Before I came to the Blockchain, I never even think of myself as a writer, even to read a long note or write up looks like work for me but I just pushed myself into it, since what the Blockchain need is just to write and earn, if you can't write, then the Blockchain isn't your place, then I find myself writing. I started writing about my hubby which is football and I pledge to write at least a post in a day and as time goes, I started addicting with writing until I'm addicted.

Question 4

How many people did you know when you first come to the Blockchain.

I know my mentor @olawalium who introduced me to steemit, @kingsolo, @tojukaka, @ejemai @adejokemi @princefm @harbysco. These are the people I know in both the blockchain and outside blockchain and I know @surpassinggoogle, we share same blood as Nigerian, but he has Nigeria and Philippine blood in him. @ purepinay, @mammasitta the kind the most kind woman I ever come across.

Question 5.

How did you meet people when you first come to the Blockchain?

When I first come to the Blockchain, I didn't really meet people until a mini meet-up where @kingsolo invited @olawalium and @tojukaka, I and @princefm followed @olawalium, and that's how I see @tojukaka, @kingsolo and some other steemians. But a big meet-up by @stach later commenced at mokola Ibadan on a Saturday, where I set my on so many whales and Nigeria steemians like @ejemai, @adejokemi, @harbysco @oredebby, and so many steemians I can't even recall.

Question 6

Who did you look up to when you first came to the Blockchain?

I looked up to @olawalium, he introduced the Blockchain to me and he is the one I always run to if anything seems strange to me and he has never say no, there are some aspects that I should not even need him but I just want him to lead me always.

Question 7

How would you describe your first 3 months on the Blockchain?

The first three months wasn't easy, I almost give up. It's annoying as I always see posts that isn't even as quality as your post receiving upvotes and i receive nothing for good two months but I later understand that i need to call the investors and the whales attention to myself by making good comments on their posts. @olawalium has explained that to me and then @ejemai on the meet-up but despite how much I do, they still don't even look at my comments talk less of my posts until one faithful morning that I receive the first upvote from @surpassinggoogle. I've commented on his post a day before, but he upvote the comment and still replied. I was so much happy, he upvote my comments in all the conversation I and him had that day, and he's the one that refuel my confidence. On that day, my reputation moved from 25 to 45. @surpassinggoogle post used to be the one that receives highest comments then because he would definitely upvote all the comments and reply the ones he can.

Later, I came across at @mammasitta posts and made comment, the comment touched her heart and ever since the first day, I wait for her posts and make good comments that would make her go to my unupvoted posts and upvote them all until her voting power drain.

The first 3 months wasn't easy but @surpassinggoogle and @mammasitta make me stay on the Blockchain.

Question 8

Has being a part of the community change you in any way for the good?

Yes it changed me for good by adding more to my talents; the writing talent and this Blockchain is a source of income for me and people that I introduced it to. It's just a matter of write and earn. As @olawaliun that introduced the Blockchain to me look like god to me, same way I look like god to the people that I introduced introduce it to.

Question 9

What is your favorite memory from your time on the Blockchain?

The reputation moves slow when you don't receive upvote but when I met @mammasitta, the reputation moved to 50 and I wrote a gratitude post, where I mentioned people that have been supporting me so far, that was the day I first received up to $50 upvote in a post and that's my favorite memory.

Question 10

If you could advice a new person signing up for hive, what would it be?

I'll advice the new person to buy enough hive, power up and upvote himself because it's frustrating when you make quality posts and you didn't see upvote on it and it's still an offense begging for upvote, only if the new sign up can be patience, get the whales attention by making good comments just like I do, then the Blockchain would be a home for him.

That first big sign of support can be just what you needed to keep going. I had mine in 2017, and still remember it to this day. I'm so glad you found success on Hive. Keep Going! :)
