Good day community

A walk through the center of my city, Cáceres, takes me to its central park called Cánovas. This large park crosses the heart of the town in a part where the two most characteristic areas of this city merge and come together, its old part, the historic center and the modern or new part. I find it curious to cross the city of Cáceres like this since you can clearly distinguish when walking through it how the constructions and buildings go from the remote to the XIX, XX centuries and of course our present time. This is a meeting and commercial area flanked on both streets by shops, banks, and its administrative and financial area. Many of the festivities that are celebrated have their main activities in Cánovas Park and, in this case that I bring you, it is about its Christmas market, its stalls and its nightlife.

The images are taken at dusk entering the night and when I made these captures the intention was to collect exact moments or situations that seemed everyday to me to make this publication. Combining and looking for these situations, positioning myself in the right place to capture them, being prepared to take those images or having that willingness to be in the right place at the right time is part of my job as a photographer.

Already in this last image I try to show you that enormous star with its tail that illuminates and illuminates the main square of the city. This star is ephemeral since it is only installed these days for these festive Christmas dates. Greetings friends.

Saludos amigos.

You did a great job with these photos! It's interesting how some ordinary things look completely different by night... Especially when they are combined with lights, which we can see a lot during Christmas!
I suppose that you will post more of these night photos in the next few days! 😃

I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project which will be highlighted in the next post!

I agree with what you say, the vision of things, events or places at night is another completely different aspect even if you are at the same exact point as during the day. yes, I will continue to go out in the evening these days, I must collect images of this Christmas season. Thank you for your comment and visit. @ph1102
