Heheheh... Great post, man... I'm doing a similar thing by upvoting every comment on my posts, or on my replies... I'm doing that to show appreciation to people who spent their time with my post, but I do agree that there are many who exploit that...
Upvoting comments have a double side... Maybe it "forces" people to read your shit, which usually doesn't work as they don't read it at all... lol... (speaking from my experience with doing SL and RS giveaways...)
Anyways, as always, there are 5-10% of people who are worthy of engagement and I suppose that we are here for them...

I kind of share your view about this summoner. At first sight it looked pretty powerful but having played against it several times and having won all my games, I would say that the poison ability isn't really an asset comparable to others.
