Que tal lectores espero se encuentren excelente en esta oportunidad vengo a compartir con ustedes cómo hacer un jugo de lechosa muy sabroso espero les guste. Hoy estaba con mi abuelo en la casa y decidimos preparar este exquisito jugo.

•azúcar para endulzar.

Para hacer un buen batido de lechosa es importante tener una lechosa madura y acta para preparar dicho jugo, primeramente se pica en 2 mitades luego se le votan las semillas posteriormente se procede a quitar la concha después se pica en trozos, se introduce en el vaso de la licuadora se le agrega agua en una proporción aproximadamente de 3/4 de la capacidad del vaso de la licuadora, se agrega azúcar a su gusto con la finalidad de endulzar el jugo también una cubeta de hielo (opcional) y por último licuados, así obtendremos un fabuloso y sabroso jugo de lechosa.
