Prayer Meeting Live On Zoom 7 September 2021
Here are the things I learnt from the prayer meeting which was live on zoom after such amazing hymns and melodies from the choir and orchestra.
MATTHEW 24:7
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
We ought put aside enmity and help each other carry our burdens.
HEBREWS 12:1
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
GALATIANS 6:2
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
LUKE 9:23
And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
We should lay aside every burden, every weight and do good.
We should leave wickedness.
MATTHEW 11:29
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
JEREMIAH 5:25
Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withheld good things from you.
EPHESIANS 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
We should work in good works as well as run according to Ephesians, we should always run with patience.
God has prepared a race for us so we should run. We should not get out of it, while running we should take away anything that may hinder us so we will run efficiently.
