Arguably! Even living in a community without interaction might create negative things about you. The community you live in,the people you are living with if you are not interacting with them,they you leave you isolated when you need help. There is no so much difference between "interaction" and "engagement". But in this blockchain community,it's regarded as "engagement".

The concept "Engagement"

I see engagement as an act of interaction. Engagement is one of the tools that assist you,I or the newbies to quickly make on hive and leofinance communities. "Engagement" on hive community blockchain stands as a sign of notification for you. This task is one of the reason why some people always have a slow on this community and again complain of not getting upvote and the likes. In this life,we believe in "give and take". If you can't offer something,dont expect something in return. You don't expect to reap or harvest where you never sowed. People are really underestimating the power of engagement. Being active,I got to know a lot of people on hive through engagement. I read and drop reasonable comments. If not for engagement,I wouldn't have someone like @felixxx. We got to know each other when I dropped comment on one of his posts. Engagement is not only good on #leofinance but on hive community blockchain at large.

Why you should be "Engaging"

• It will assist you to meet different people which helps to create bond and connection among hivers in the leofinance and hive community blockchain.
• It will serve as notification for to others in the community.
• It help you get better upvote.
• It won't make you feel isolated on the community. Someone who asks questions can not be mislead.
• It helps you to be aware of so many things.
