[EN/ES] Cabbage serma and stuffed peppers with bacon / Serma de col y pimientos rellenos con tocino
Homemade food is a joy to the eye and a delight to the soul.
Hello to all consumers and fans of home cooked food.
I decided to chime in with a post of my own in this unique community.
It's a tradition in my family to make homemade food.
I can say that I am a good cook.I will present you a traditional dish from Bulgaria.The recipe is a dear memory from my childhood .I hope you will try.
Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked bacon
- 150 g of white rice
- 1 tablespoon chutney
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 3 pcs. Red peppers
- Kimeon
- mint
Dressing:
- 400 g of yogurt
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 4 fresh garlic and onions
All products are mixed raw. Prepare sauerkraut leaves Arrange in a pan with stuffed peppers. Add 4 cups of water and 3 tablespoons of fat. Bake in the oven until ready.
Serve with yogurt dressing dressing.

Es una tradición en mi familia hacer comida casera.
Puedo decir que soy una buena cocinera.Os voy a presentar un plato tradicional de Bulgaria.La receta es un recuerdo entrañable de mi infancia.Espero que lo probéis.
**Ingredientes
- 200 g de tocino ahumado
- 150 g de arroz blanco
- 1 cucharada de chutney
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón
- 2 hojas de col
- 3 uds. Pimientos rojos
- Kimeon
- menta
Aderezo:
- 400 g de yogur
- 100 g de mayonesa
- 4 ajos y cebollas frescas
Todos los productos se mezclan en crudo. Preparar las hojas de chucrut Disponer en una sartén los pimientos rellenos. Añadir 4 tazas de agua y 3 cucharadas de grasa. Cocer en el horno hasta que esté listo.
Servir con el aderezo de yogur.
