friends and fans of the community for preparing different kinds of dishes and specialties.

I am a big fan of culinary art and have been happily posting in this community for some time.
Here I enrich the dishes I prepare in my home with ideas.
I am a foodie and love home cooked food.
Rational eating is what allows a healthy person to consume different types of foods that are good for health and energize them.
The month of July is the middle of summer in my country Bulgaria , when nature generously gifts us with various vegetables and fruits. this irreplaceable gift has its own unique aroma and taste when produced in my homeland.
The climatic conditions and location of the country contribute to its uniqueness.
I will start today's post with a folk saying:
"A hungry man looks bad"

So, the topic of today's post is Courgettes.
An interesting exotic vegetable that originated in India.
Different types of zucchini are found all over the world. they are used alone or in combination with other produce to make different types of nice dishes.
Today I will offer you a zucchini casserole combined with cheese and eggs , which is light and pleasant to eat.

  • Ingredients for the dish:
  • 5 pcs. 5 / zucchini
  • 300 g / white salty cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pcs. fresh tomatoes
  • 150 g / white flour for breading
  • 30 g / parsley
  • 30 g / fresh dill
  • 150 g / cow butter
  • Dressing :
  • 200 g / sour milk
  • 5 pieces / pressed garlic and onion

  • Method of preparation:

  • Clean and wash the zucchini.

  • Cut them lengthwise with a sharp knife 1-2 ml thick.

  • Put them on the grill.
  • Roast the sliced courgettes until tender.

  • Pour the flour on a plate and bread each baked piece of courgette.
  • Arrange the floured pieces in a baking dish.

  • Add pieces of cow butter.

  • Make a mixture of eggs and white salty cheese

  • Add by arranging the zucchini in the tray.

  • Cut tomatoes into rounds and arrange most on top.
  • Place in the oven for 50 minutes or until ready

El mes de julio es la mitad del verano en mi país, Bulgaria, cuando la naturaleza nos regala generosamente diversas verduras y frutas. Este regalo insustituible tiene su propio aroma y sabor únicos cuando se produce en mi tierra natal.
Las condiciones climáticas y la ubicación del país contribuyen a su singularidad.
Empezaré el post de hoy con un dicho popular:
"Un hombre hambriento tiene mala cara "

Así pues, el tema del post de hoy son los calabacines.
Una interesante y exótica hortaliza originaria de la India.
En todo el mundo se encuentran diferentes tipos de calabacines. Se utilizan solos o en combinación con otros productos para hacer diferentes tipos de platos agradables.
Hoy os voy a ofrecer una cazuela de calabacines combinada con queso y huevos , que es ligera y agradable de comer.

  • Ingredientes para el plato:
  • 5 uds. 5 / calabacines
  • 300 g / de queso blanco salado
  • 2 huevos
  • 2 uds. de tomates frescos
  • 150 g / de harina blanca para empanar
  • 30 g / perejil
  • 30 g / de eneldo fresco
  • 150 g / mantequilla de vaca
  • Aderezo :
  • 200 g / leche agria
  • 5 piezas / ajo y cebolla prensados

  • Método de preparación:

  • Limpiar y lavar los calabacines.

  • Cortarlos longitudinalmente con un cuchillo afilado de 1-2 ml de grosor.

  • Ponerlos en la parrilla.
  • Asa los calabacines cortados hasta que estén tiernos.

  • Añadir trozos de mantequilla de vaca.

  • Vierte la harina en un plato y empaniza cada trozo de calabacín horneado.
  • Disponer los trozos enharinados en una fuente de horno.

  • Añade trozos de mantequilla de vaca.

  • Hacer una mezcla de huevos y queso blanco salado
  • Añadir disponiendo los calabacines en la bandeja.

  • Cortar los tomates en rodajas y disponer la mayoría encima.
  • Introducir en el horno durante 50 minutos o hasta que esté listo
