Buenas tardes amigos hivens, hoy comparto con ustedes la preparacion de unas albondigas que prepare a una amiga que me pidio el favor para compartirlas en la celebracion del cumpleaño de su hijito

ya teniendo la carne la condimento con salsa inglesa, salsa de ajo, adobo, 2 huevos, 3 galletas de soda bien triturados

luego fui tomando pequeñas porciones de carne y fui moldeando en forma circular
