December Photos - The best of... Beach, Sea, Water...

It's time for a new December compilation of my personal photos... This time, the topics are beach and sea, which aren't presented in the best light as we are in the middle of winter... But, to be honest, I like this winter scenery more than overcrowded summer beaches...

As you can see, I don't have a lot of photos from the sea as in the winter, the cold wind blows from the sea, and it's not that pleasant to have walked there... That's why I do my daily walks more "inland", or in between streets, or orange gardens... Photos 01-05

The first batch of photos is taken in Benidorm, which is the biggest city close to me... During December, I went for a short trip there to check out the old town part, and one of the big two beaches that the city has...

In the distance, you can see a small island that is habitable by seagulls only... There is a small restaurant there and that's it... There are organized tours to the island, with an interesting "half-submarine" excursion, where you can see underwater animals... The small black spot close to the shore is the rest of a fountain...

On this photo (and next 3) you can see the Levante beach that is full of people in the summertime... A lot of bars and restaurants are close to the beach and the majority of tourists are Brits

Photos 06-07

In these two photos, we are back in my small town and its' stone beach... I'm not a big fan of walking barefoot on small rocks, so in summer, my destination beach(es) are outside the town... The good side of this beach is very clear water which is almost visible in photos...

Speaking of the color of the water, here you can check how it looks from close...

Photos 10-11

Again, in summer, you can see a lot of boats in our small bay... On winter days, you can see maybe 1-2 in a day, or very often none...
