People who actually buy crypto love bear markets.
Poor people who invested more than they can afford to loose, without doing any stop loss and intelligent investing, are who dont like bear markets.
Everyone I have seen complain about the downtrend, is surviving off bitcoin as a bank. It's good they have found that utility for crypto in their life, but not our responsibility to acknowledge their poor decisions.
