Blaming others is dangerous. Instead, ask why they behaved the way they did and then what we could have done differently to affect a different outcome. We then sometimes find a need to change ourselves.
That is a great way to look at it. Usually, when we blame someone for something, it usually is avoidance. We aren't looking at ourselves & perhaps what we can do better going forward. Everyone we encounter is a mirror of what we are projecting, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. We are all connected. 💚✨
Most people do what they do because they think they are right. So when that causes problems for us, rather than just getting upset, give them a break and try to understand how they perceived things. As you say, throwing blame around is often a smoke screen for our own insecurities.
