This is a real life mini-vlog (spanning from 2017-2019) showing me working at a hotel casino in town. I was in the hospitality field for quite a few years, starting out in hotel reservations, transitioning to switchboard operator & ultimately, the shift's pbx department coordinator. It had its ups & downs, where I was able to help a lot of guests & other people (which was where I was truly in my joy) & dealing with a lot of frustrations as well...

So, by popular demand, I decided to bring back a few of these videos to give you a taste of what people in customer service go through...some say the style reminds them of the old British show, "Fawlty Towers", where you will see me go from cheerful to grumpy & back in a hot minute. I hope this will give you a laugh or even be relatable...

Please mind how I look in these videos but it shows how this work affected me! Frazzled & Dazzled...LOL
